Pinot Grigio Doc

Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is a dry wine, but not at all demanding, which stimulates drinking because it is light and elegant.

Harvest: beginning of September, from a vineyard that has reached an excellent productive maturity. Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: a clear and decisive fragrance recalls hazelnut, floral in the notes of chamomile and wisteria and slightly aromatic in the nuances of wild herbs.
Taste: lively minerality combined with a full and harmonious flavor, confirming the timeless class of this wine.
Type of production: it is vinified in white: a first cold maceration is followed by a soft pressing and a static decantation of the musts. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, it is kept in contact with its own yeasts with periodic batonnage until bottling.
Recommended pairings: white meats, fish soups and grilled shellfish find an excellent combination with Pinot Grigio, born to be a balanced, dry wine with great personality.
Service: it should be served cool around 8 ° -10 ° C.

 Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir (Pinot noir) is a wine of great class and elegance, delicate and fruity.

Harvest: first ten days of September.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Color: light ruby red.
Bouquet: fine and elegant, of small fruits and rose petals.
Taste: savory and delicate, with the addition of spices, aromatic and persistent.
Type of production: cold pre-maceration for 4 days. The traditional maceration of 6/8 days follows. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 20 ° C, at its end the malolactic fermentation is favored. Recommended pairings: roasted white meats and small game.
Service: it should be served either at a temperature of 15/16 ° C or cold at 8°/10° C.

 Merlot

Merlot is a wine of character but at the same time harmonious.

Harvest: third decade of September.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Color: intense garnet red.
Bouquet: enveloping, intense notes of ripe red fruit and delicate spicy notes.
Taste: full and dry with a spicy aftertaste.
Type of production: medium-long maceration period with periodic maturation and partial aging in barrique.
Recommended pairings: grilled meat and game.
Service: it should be served at a temperature of 18 ° C.

RE

From the union of three indigenous grape varieties of our land comes a strong wine, with character, persistent but absolutely harmonious.

 Grape varieties: 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet and 20% Raboso
Harvest: first ten days of October.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Color: intense garnet red.
Bouquet: enveloping and balanced, intense notes of ripe red fruit and delicate spicy notes.
Taste: long and persistent sensation and already well developed tannins. In maturation it evolves with elegance.

Type of production: selection of the grapes, long maceration period and aging in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Recommended pairings: main courses of meat, cured meats and aged cheeses.
Service: it should be served at a temperature of 18 ° C.
