Three women: a mother (Diletta) and her two daughters (Alice and Allegra).

For us, wine has never been just a profession.

It's a way of life, a symbol of sharing, joy, and sincere bonds.

Around a glass of wine we celebrate

the small and the big things of life, memories are created and affections are strengthened.

From this spirit al&dile was born: a project that gives voice to the female part of our family, a new chapter that unites

tradition and sensitivity, strength and delicacy.

It's our way of telling the same old story,

but with a different perspective:

more intimate, more contemporary, and always profoundly ours.

 Our territory

Veneto is located in northeastern Italy.

Our vineyards are located in the flat part of the region

crossed by the PIAVE river,

here the soil is clayey, rich in minerals and very fertile.

These features allow to obtain high-quality

and prestigious red wines.

Red wines have an excellent ratio of sugars to acids,

and therefore characterized by

a high structure and softness on the palate.

White wines, on the other hand, have lower sugar and acidity levels

and are characterized by floral and fruity aromas.
